Kirwan Family Homes owns, manages and maintains quality single family homes for lease to qualified families in the Fort Hood, Killeen and Copperas Cove, Texas area.
We are proud to be included as one of Fort Hood's approved landlords. We offer a security deposit discount for qualified service members. Our lease contains the Fort Hood approved "military clause" in case of PCS or ETS or extended deployment during the lease period. Our policy is to never raise the rent of active military members. Our one-year lease does not need to be renewed after the lease period is up. You may continue for the same rent (month-to-month) until you leave without signing another lease.
